# How to Make It:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat.
02 - Add diced onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until vegetables soften. Transfer mixture to the crockpot.
03 - Pour corn, diced tomatoes with juices, green chilies, black beans, and kidney beans into the crockpot.
