# What You'll Need:

13 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
14 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
15 - 3.5 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
16 - 1 tsp lemon juice
17 - Black pepper to taste

18 - 1 small bunch fresh radishes, thinly sliced
19 - 1 small bunch microgreens

# How to Make It:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth and evenly blended.
02 - Mash the hard-boiled eggs in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped chives, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.
03 - Mix softened butter with chopped parsley and lemon juice. Season with black pepper and blend until smooth.
04 - Place all bread slices on a clean surface. Press a large heart-shaped cookie cutter through each slice to cut out as many hearts as possible.
05 - Spread the cream cheese mixture onto half of the white bread hearts. Layer cucumber slices on top and cover with remaining bread hearts.
06 - Spread egg salad onto half of the whole wheat bread hearts. Top with remaining bread hearts to complete sandwiches.
07 - Spread herbed butter onto remaining bread hearts. Arrange smoked salmon slices on top and sandwich with matching bread hearts.
