Heart Shaped Vegetable Pizza (Printable)

# What You'll Need:

13 - ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
14 - ½ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
15 - ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
16 - ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
17 - ½ cup baby spinach leaves
18 - 4–6 black olives, sliced
19 - Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Stir in warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
03 - Cover and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
04 - Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a large heart shape, about ¼ inch thick. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
05 - In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce with minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly over the dough, leaving a ½ inch border.
06 - Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Arrange bell peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and olives on top.
07 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbling.
08 - Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve warm.
