Homemade Fruit Roll Ups (Printable)

Sweet, chewy fruit leather made with real fruit. Healthy snack without preservatives.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit Base

01 - 3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, mango, raspberries, blueberries, peaches, or mixed fruit
02 - 2-3 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or agave syrup
03 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 170°F or set dehydrator to 135°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
02 - Combine fruit, sweetener, and lemon juice in blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
03 - Pour puree onto prepared baking sheet. Spread into even layer approximately 1/8-inch thick using spatula.
04 - Place in oven or dehydrator. Dry for 4-6 hours until puree is no longer sticky and peels away easily from liner.
05 - Remove from heat and cool completely. Peel fruit leather off liner and transfer to cutting board.
06 - Cut into strips with sharp knife or scissors. Roll each strip in parchment paper. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
