01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly until fully incorporated.
02 - Gently fold in the diced strawberries until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
03 - Cover the container and refrigerate for a minimum of 6–8 hours, preferably overnight, to allow oats to soften and flavors to meld.
04 - In the morning, stir the oats. If the mixture is too thick, add a small splash of milk to reach desired consistency.
05 - Divide the oats into serving bowls or jars. Top with additional fresh strawberries, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut if desired. Serve chilled.
